Beta 7a upgrade error: unlink(*path*): Permission denied

Hi,

It's probably something I'm doing wrong, so I'll ask in this forum before I post a bug report.

During the upgrade, I get the following error:

unlink(C:/wamp/www/norcan6-t1/filbibliotek/fraforum/css_built_1\_vti_cnf): Permission denied 
Location: Step 7 7. Application:

 Is it an environment issue? I'm running WampServer 2.5 with the following specs:
PHP 2.4.9
MySQL 5.6.17
Apache: 2.4.9
OS: Windows 8.1

Ah, no worries. I figured out of it - the folder was made from my development tool. I just deleted the folder manually, and hit Retry to complete the installation.
