Pete T Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 http://community.invisionpower.com/forum/406-server-management-resources-optimization/this might be better place
Joel R Posted February 2, 2015 Author Posted February 2, 2015 Yeah I realized that after the fact. However, we'll see how long it takes the mods to move this topic. The entire board is littered with topics in the wrong spot.
RevengeFNF Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 You need to tell some more details. For example:VPS or Dedicated Server? What OS is instaled? Apache or Nginx? Mysql, Mariadb or Percona? Etc
ASTRAPI Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I am offering also free/paid services for optimizations, security, speed .....But i must know first some details as Revenge FNF already ask for.....Or if you can start from zero then i can offer you the best possible performance by using my setup. (Check my signature)
Joel R Posted February 5, 2015 Author Posted February 5, 2015 @RevengeFNF @ASTRAPI Thank you for getting back with me! I run my community on a dedicated server, which averages about 250 users at a time. openSUSE MySQL php5.7 I'm looking for overall server optimization and caching to help speed things along. My website always feels kind of sluggish, so any of your assistance would be greatly appreciated Let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Joel
ASTRAPI Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Yes i can help you But i recommend you to use my custom setup Nginx, MariaDB, Php-fpm, Zend opcache, Memcache, csf firewall on Centos for better results ! Send me a PM if you need more details
