Internationalization and Localization in IPS 4

Hello

It's so exciting to hear more capabilities for translating at IPS 4 : '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

But still need more attention.

In rtl languages like Arabic,Hebrew & Farsi the ACP need to be in RTL mode.

The main problem in 3.x is when you translate admincp files, some functions like acp search doesn't work properly and also need heavily modification for RTLing admincp theme.

At IPS 4 can we have rtl ADMINCP without editing?
