I want to ask for at least 2 different official skins in the 4.x. One of them should be light (no dark colors or black, or blue).

The third one should be the return of the Pro skin.

Why should they waste time when 3rd party can do that easily, either free or at a price depending on who does it.

There'll only be one skin, but it will be pretty simple to change if you want a light skin (that's not to say it is a dark skin, but you could remove the color and contrast easily if you wanted).

Is the Visual Skin Editor going to be present or another tool ? :)

We intend to maintain the visual skin editor in 4.x, yes.
