I think that "My Content" should be added to the nav bar, beside "View new Content".
Or like,


My Content: (dropdown)
My Topics
My Posts

Now the "my content" could be moved over to the right side or something.


So by clicking "My Content" -> You get something like this:


Now as the image above, its just some edited text from community.invisionpower.com , but I am giving an example of something like that.
