Tweet Individual Post

Would it be doable to have the Twitter button tweet an individual post instead of or in addition to the entire topic? This would be a great tool for those who are active on both Twitter and our message boards. I use Twitter to promote my board, and often Tweet specific posts using bitly. If board members could do the same with something built in to the board I think that would be great.

I'm not as big a fan of facebook, nor are most of my users, but I suppose that would be a nice idea for the facebook connect option as well.

Actually, I'm not a newbie. I've been a customer since the old Ikonboard text file days. I bet not many people can say that! Right Charles?
