Quick Reply suggestion

I had a lot of members confused of where to go to type in a "quick reply". As everyone knows, you must click in the box at the very end of the page to do the quick reply and then all the formatting tools will show up. But my members do not know what. What I'm suggesting is adding a text where it says "Click here to quick reply" or something similar like that. It shouldn't be hard to do. Here's an example:
