Enabling and disabling chat times

Enable chat
This can be used to restrict chat access to certain hours of the day. Enter the hour (0-24) that chat should be enabled.

Disable chat
This can be used to restrict chat access to certain hours of the day. Enter the hour (0-24) that chat should be disabled.


This should be editable, so we can choose which groups can access at certain times as well.

Example: Guests has access at 12:00 - 15:00
Members have access at 12:00 - 20:00
Moderators & Administrators have access at 00:00 - 23:59
