Creating threads from incoming e-mails...

A lot of people nowadays are using forum software to replace and enhance functionality from things such as Yahoo groups, which are becoming more archaic as time moves on.

One way to ease the pain of migration and to much improve functionality from the users perspective would be for the board to periodically parse a pop3 box (of your creating), and create a thread or add to a thread via incoming email. A bonus would be to be able to do things the other way round too, which would add full interactivity between boards and make migration from yahoo to ip.board a reality.

None of your competitors offer this (there was a Mod for vb, however it performed very poorly and never seemed to thread them together properly), so it would be a definate and obvious plus to be able to support this natively within IP.board....
