Give local moderators some of the global moderators rights

Hello,

I'd like to know if that idea could be a new option in the next IP.Board release.

The thing is that my moderators don't have access to all forums, I give them full control on some parts of the board but not the whole board. The problem is that now, with the 3.2, they can edit posts that are in they area BUT they can't add tags in existing posts.

They should be able to, if they edit the first post of a topic and go into the 'full editor'.
