3.2 Greatly Reduced Spammer sign-ups.

I don't know if it was a software or configuration change but 3.2 seems to have greatly reduced the number of spammer sign-ups.

With 3.1.x we had 10-12 spammers sign up per day (though they were instantly flagged so they couldn't post by the ipb spam software). Now they aren't even getting through the signup phase.
