Switch or Log Out from Admin Control Panel

Switch - Sends the Admin(s) or Moderator(s) to the ACP Log In Page
Log Out - Sends Admin(s) or Moderator(s) to the Forum's Main Page

Currently, when one logs out, they are sent to the ACP Log In Page
and will not a have a link to go to the forum so at times must open the
ACP Log In Page in a new tab or window so that the forum can be in view.

Mobile devices without the tabs and multiple windows features could benefit.
