Forum Rules - Ability to use in multiple forums

I love the individual forum rules, but please add the ability to use a saved rule on other forums. Maybe create sets, and you would select a set. Or at least an "apply this to sub-forums" tick box. Copying and pasting is a pain with many forums/sub-forums. Thanks!

Also if you make a change to one rule that you copied to 30 sub-forums, you have to edit all 30.

This would be very beneficial in 3.2.
