onGroupChange on Validation

Hi,

I'd like to request the onGroupChange synchronization option being run when one (or admin) successfully validates their (an) account. Right now I can only catch this action via onProfileUpdate ... and because of that I can't know which was the previous member_group_id of the member passed, therefore I'm not able to tell whether it was a validating member or not, unless I query the validating table and compare data.
