Chat on all pages

It will be really good to make Chat present on each page (depend on group acces of course) like IP.shoutbox in fact, then no need to choose between navigate on forum, or Chat.
And with this option, give possibility to user to activate/see or not this chat on each page.

Of course you could ask "why don't you use IP.Shoutbox" just cause I prefer to use official addon ;)
