view first unread, unsubscribe from content

Hello,

I am not seeing this in the software, and my forum members are asking for it. We came from a vBulletin site and they liked those features.

Is there a way we can get a button to show the first unread thread in the topic they enter, and be able to let them unsubscribe from content they have posted in already?

I did not see either in the marketplace for a add-on. If it is there, would someone be kind enough to tell me what it is called so I can look for it through search?
