Auto Resize Image

I saw on a forum PunBB images automatically resized to the proper size, we see nothing, everything is well done the evidence is right click then "View image" is really more large !

For example, a member sends an image via imageshack, coming from a camera in 1680x1050, on the forum it's gonna be huge it overflows. So keep the original system of IPB but improve it to open in another window when clicked, remove the black outline and especially the image is scaled immediately because the page loads and the image is in original size AND THEN resizes it !
