Allow IP.portal to run as a true portal

I know this was possible years ago but no longer possible. I want if you install the IP.Portal for it to run as the root of your site. I want this because Ip.content is not capably of doing this.

Have Ip.Portal run from domain.com and no other urls point to it so it makes it a true portal. Not a sub portal like it is now. The forum is also located at domain.com/forums.
