I have seen this block asked for many times on the forum and requiring one myself, I had a look through all the threads and managed to work out the correct way to do it.

It has a little bit of CSS coding which is included so you can see how I've done it. It will work fine on the standard IPB skin as this was how I tested it.

It can also run on a stand alone webpage using IP.Content but will need more CSS adding to it.

I honestly couldn't tell you I have never used the portal at all. I will take a look though at the portal and see what it involves

Yes it is. NightW helped me with that.
