Suggestion: Ability to force users to use a different login and display name

Hello there!

What I truly love about IPB is the ability to choose a different login and display name. That being said, many users choose the very same display and loginname, which sometimes leads to very time-consuming problems an admin shouldn't necessarily take care of.

Anyways... is there an option to force users to choose a different login and display name upon registration? I couldn't find one.

If not, please add this. It could save my nerves *grrr* (Yes, I know that one can change the display-name in the UCP!)
