[Request] Profile Photo by URL

My forum is a small community but i am working hard. I love IPB and will always with you guys but i saw that there is an option to upload the profile picture only but there is no other option to add the URL of the picture to add your profile pictures. My forum is about movies so my members love to play with pictures & use them in their signatures, avatar & profile picture. So i would like to have a new option to add your profile picture by URL just like in avatar Option.
