I woudl like to see an option to have the daily digest have all the new topics from all the forums in one email.
At the moment the user recieves a daily digest for each forum they are subscribed to, on a site with a lot of forums this could be a lot of emails (currently i get about 6 a day becasue i am subscribed to every forum), this is rather annoying as i only really want one email with everything in it

Why was the feature dropped?

I recall it earlier versions, unless I am going mad. It would be nice, maybe a hook could for-fill this for now

Is this honestly not an option? There are so many features that should be there like this, it seems basic to have a weekly roundup to keep engagement

We still don't want to become an email list serve as that is very... over a decade ago way of doing things

You can now subscribe to activity streams you create which is a similar sort of concept but more custom per-person.
