Allow to set defaults for friend&comments approval, defaults for facebook login options and many of the data stored in the "members_cache" column on ibf_members

And, about the new "real/display name handling" facebook option in ipb 3.1.1, whats going on if there are two "John Smith", if they must login with the real name?
