Everything in your system requires typing or reading.....this is so 1990!

1. Create screen capture videos so that I can follow someone through the steps.
2. Give me audio files that I can use.
3. Supply pictures. At least 3 times what I was told to do did not exist because the screens had changed. With images I would have known this quickly.
