Poll Suggestion

If polls are not properly set up, the topic is posted normally, but without the poll.

This can be frustrating to users that are not familiar with forum software who may not understand why their poll wasn't created.

Please make incorrect poll options (like, no choices given for the question, question deleted, etc) give error messages when the post new topic button is pressed
