[suggestion] Subscribe using PM (rather than email)

There are some obscure sub-forums that I'd like to be notified about via PM when there's a new topic in there... but there's no option to subscribe to a forum using PM, only email.

LOL ya its better then PMS. ;) But a lot of things are better then PMS.

Any way I like this idea and its even good for those hosts that limit the amount of outgoing email.
