[suggestion] Top x topics with most replies in the past 24 hours

Sometimes I just want to see the hottest topics forum-wide in the past 24 hours (or even, the past week).

From a totally non-technical point-of-view: it'd be extremely cool feature to have. :-)

this would be more of a mod to add rather than something IPB would integrate into the forums
