ip.blog has the Featured Entry and i like the idea and want it in ip.board

with group permission like who can add Featured topic and some setting in the ACP
the number of topic to display in the board index and if the choosing topic need
to be approved or not

and the same for members and forums

that will increase any board activity

for the members and forums can be part of the reputation system
