When or how can i change my user account to the customer group so that i can post my questions and concerens regarding IPB support, im not sure if this was posted in the wrong place ( i couldnt post it in the cusomer area lol) Anyways; someone help me if you have the time! Thank you
Louis M. Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 If your invoice is complete, then log out and back in again to refresh the member group. If that still isn't fixing the problem, then submit a ticket to IPS form your client area.
