Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
W13 Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 With thousands of members, and dozens of admins, it's hard to keep track of what happened on what account. We have a 'user notes' custom-field, but that is often left poorly documented. A member can get banned from one admin, and unbanned from another citing mistakes or etc. And admins often can't go and check logs (it takes too much time). It'd be MORE THAN AWESOME if the admin logs were visible in the edit-member area in ACP. Admins would then be able to easily see exactly what has taken place on the account. This reminds me of the time when I worked at the Bank ... everybody's 'profile' had a complete history-log of everything that had taken place on their account. It made life so much easier... without having to dig deep and 'investigate' everything.
