Can't add attachment

Hi
In ACP -> MANAGEMENT -> Attachment Types I've add .kml type
When I'm trying add .kml file I get message:
Upload failed. Please ask the administrator to check the settings and permissions
Other types of files I've add [ex. sis, jar] working well ;) What to do?
