Suggestion: Ban Filters Import/Export

I'd love to be able to Import and Export IP/Email/Username ban lists. I think, as a community, we can fight those spammers and stop them all. I personally have over 50 entries in my ban list and I'd like to be able to share that information with my friends and the IPB community so that they too can take advantage of the spammers I have personally caught and identified.
