Forums not refresh

I have a problem in my board
When I browse the index, it appear the old Last Post Info not new one
I need to do ctrl +f5 (hard refresh) to see new Last Post Info
This problem happened also with number of member

I don't know the reason of this problem

when i close the Explorer, i become out (Log Out ), and i need to log in again
