Suggestion: "Prevent Auto-Merge when Too Many Images"

Conditions:
- Posting a reply in version 2.2.2
- "Merge member's concurrent posts" is enabled
- Total number of IMG tags in two concurrent posts will exceed "Max. no. images per post" setting, but IMG tags in each post by itself is within the limit.

Current behavior:
Post unsuccessful - gives error "Cannot merge posts because resulting post would have too many IMG tags"

Suggested behavior:
Post successful, but NOT merged with previous post

Perhaps the two behaviors could be toggled with an Admin CP setting - "Prevent Auto-Merge when Too Many Images".

The code to force this behavior has been posted by C_ind and tested by me.

Agreed. Though the result is technically exactly what it should be, I can see how it makes it impossible to post should the situation arise.
