Hello,
I think rather than asking for login information every time a ticket for requires it, there should be section in in the customer information to the customer can input the information rather than be asked for it every single time.

This is already included, and I personally urge customers to fill it out when I ask for information.

If you go to your client area, and click 'Your Purchases' then your license, there will be a section for 'Information'.
