Characters in usernames

The new ACP has a "Characters allowed in usernames" which is great although still doesn't give admins full control over what is being used.

I feel a "Characters disallowed/banned in usernames" section underneath the other would be very useful and allow board admins to ban specific characters.

The result? Full control of what is allowed/disallowed in user/display names.
