Custom Emoticons per User

I am sure this isn't the first time someone has asked, but many of my users are asking to create their own "custom emoticon defaults".

Is this possible?

Sorry for the bump, but my users would love to use their own emoticons too.
I think this could be a very popular functionality for IPB !
