What do I do if it won't let me log into the client area.

They sent me an email back saying log into the Client's Area and check the ticket they set up. But thats just the problem I can't log in.

Email them back and say so!

You could also try clearing your cookies, cache, etc.
Make sure cookies are enabled.
Even try a different browser
