Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct forum...

...but I've forgotten the password for my client area, and clicking the Lost Password? button doesn't seem to work (I've tried it a couple of times over the last few days, and nothing has arrived in my inbox).

Any ideas, or do I have to make an expensive phone-call to IPS from the UK?

If you contact Sales, we can provide you with your password. There is no need to make a phone call.

I believe that I answered your request, is the password working ok now?



Jonathan, how did you answer, via email?
If so, I haven't received anything from you or IPS, just the notification about the support ticket.

Could you send the password in a forum PM to me?
Or try mark at photographyblog.com instead.
