Mark Goldstein Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 Hi,Not sure if this is the correct forum......but I've forgotten the password for my client area, and clicking the Lost Password? button doesn't seem to work (I've tried it a couple of times over the last few days, and nothing has arrived in my inbox).Any ideas, or do I have to make an expensive phone-call to IPS from the UK?

There is no need to make a phone call.
