Friends list with ajax

In IPB 2.2 I think the "My Friends" link should be similar to the "My Assistant" layout. This is becuase those of us with tabbed browsing get annoyed. It opens the friends management on another tab, thus making it slightly distorted.

Anyways it would look better as well. :blush:

It has been discussed many times before and Matt said it would not be changed. The idea is, this way, you can browse the forums and have the window open at the same time. It updates itself every few minutes
