Board logs deletion

Imagine the following scenario: you clear the moderator log, but in between clicking Remove and the original page loading up, another moderation action is carried out. Thus, in clicking Remove, you will not be aware of the details of said moderation action, as the entire table is just indiscriminately cleared.

This actually happened to me today and, due to various circumstances, became a problem.

So I suggest that a timestamp representing the time the page was loaded up is added to the Remove link, e.g.

http://localhost/ipb22/admin/index.php?adsess=ad9a046074edfada8de7f60a2748b1c4&act=modlog&code=remove&mid=1&loadtime=12345678

and that the query used to clear out ibf_moderator_logs is modified so that it only deletes records where ctime is < "loadtime".

A touch pedantic, perhaps, but quite worthwhile, and not too difficult to incorporate.
