Message box does not move cursor to last line when clicking below last

If you enter 3 lines into a message editor when the editor box height is larger than 3 lines (ie. there is blank space below the text), then move the cursor to the second line and click with the mouse cursor in the blank space of the editor below the last line, the cursor is not moved to the last line. It would be better IMO if it did. It should also move the cursor to the column position relative to where the mouse cursor is along the line (or at the end of the line if it's off the end).

I don't like that clicking in the empty space below text in a RTE does nothing. Effectively, I want the RTE to work in the same way as the Standard with regard to this.
