Link format: show domain

I'd like to suggest adding an option to switch to an alternate format for url tags to show the destination domain.

E.g. instead of Click Here! you'd get Click Here! [forums.invisonpower.com].

Lots of people blindly click on links without realizing where they lead, so showing the destination domain would improve awareness. A number of web portals have switched to using this style of links and I think it would be nice to have it as an option in IPB.

Edit: Wth.. aren't line breaks working with this version? :(

Instead I'd rather links were parsed to optionally redirect to a location of the admins choice, so we could have a outgoing redirect page where the link was displayed and a disclaimer.
