Board Offline message

this would be a great addon. something added below the member bar in a red box like the forum rules saying "sitename board offline" This will keep those that can seethe board when off line from posting. or disable posting abillities when the board is offline. Most sites like I do probibly turn the board offline to upgrade the board. and when you have someone post it will pospibly mess up the database so it would be a good addon.

Well.. in the title bar of the browser, it does say (OFFLINE).

Yeah I'd rather it also say in a red bar (like the old PM system) that the board is 'offline'
