Have to give reason why member is deleted.

This is a sugestion that I tried to have a modder make but he does not have time.
any way I want when a staff member that has admin rights deletes a member for that staff to have to give a reason for the deletetion so that I do not have to go back though and ask them why they deleted that member.

+1 this one and posibly make it wehre the root admin gets a PM when a member is deleted knda like when tehy get one when a member registeres
