[Feature Suggestion] Preset Permissions

I think it would be a cool idea to have a feature where you can specify a set of permissions and save them so you can apply the preset to new forums created

For example if you make ever forum on your board use the same set of permissions then instead of having to select all those permissions each time you simply select the preset from a dropdown menu and your forums permissions are automaticaly set

I know there is a mod that does this but i was leaning more toward this kind of thing being installed on the next IPB version it just seems like a feature that should be added
