I bought ipb on 17th Juanuary and verified that the amount is deducted from my card. The problem is that i haven't received a single email from invision, i even resent my password in the customers area - still no email. Because of this i cannot log in and download the software. I tried the customer service page, it says: "You can also post in the New Client Area forum for help." - THIS LINK LEADS TO AN UNEXISTING FORUM PAGE!!! I tried to email to sales@, but after two days the email was bounced back with this: <sales@invisionpower.com>: host invisionpower.com[67.15.107.16] said: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later (in reply to RCPT TO command) Fine, i filled out the contact form, but still no email. A week ago i bought the software and still cannot use it! Someone please help me, otherwise i have to charge back the money which i don't want, what i want is the software i bought.
fudge55 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Ok finally i got the suuport email. But you should think again on the customer support because all depends on the customers email, but customers should be able to contact you if their email is not working for some reason...
