Forum view mode options

Hi,

It is IPB's built-tin feature to switch between standard and outline view modes in thread view.

Could you please also add outline view mode option to a forum's view mode?

When you view a thread, you can click "Option" at top-right to choose different thread viewing modes. That's it.
