Email Notification should use USERS language set

1. English is the default language set on my board.
2. Users are allowed to select their individual language set.
3. If they do so, they will still receive ENGLISH Email Notifications [New PM...] because the script works currently with the DEFAULT language file (this is what bfarber told me).

So my suggestion is:

Please modify the script that way that it will use the individual USERS language set and NOT the language set wich is set by DEFAULT.
