An option to turn this off or on automatically in My Controls for the quick edit.

The board would have to have it globally set for that UserGroup to allow it to be turned off too. I personally dont like having the line there, but I like to see when my Mods edit another's post.

I'm running version 2.0.4 and I don't get the last edited by. Is there an option where I can turn it on??
